Where it appears

Mechanics and counters

• Shoulder crystal parts

  Pattern

  The crystal horns on both shoulders regrow after being destroyed, and destroying them deals heavy damage. They don't count as a core, so core-hit skills don't trigger. In phase 2, a horn-shaped crystal grows on its head.

  Counter

  Destroy the parts as soon as they appear. That's the key to clearing it.

• Crystal missiles

  Pattern

  Fires the crystals on its back as missiles. With a taunt Nikke in the squad, that Nikke can take every hit alone and go down.

  Counter

  They can be shot down. Clear them right after launch with fast-firing Nikkes.

• Crystal Piercer

  Pattern

  Unleashes crystals for AoE damage while raising a barrier. Only Electric code damages the barrier.

  Counter

  Interrupt it with Electric Nikkes. You can also miss it on purpose and soak it with cover.

• Left/right choice interruption

  Pattern

  Interruption 1 on the left and interruption 2 on the right appear together. Stopping 1 brings a light that permanently lowers ATK, and stopping 2 brings a large crystal missile. Miss both and both patterns come.

  Counter

  Pick the side that suits your squad. It's easier if everyone takes cover and you sweep the circles with shotguns or MGs.

Tribe Tower teams

Each Tribe Tower only allows Nikkes from that manufacturer. The Pilgrim/Overspec tower also allows Overspec Nikkes.
