NikkeHubPrivacy policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you use NikkeHub.
Information we collect
In operating the service, we may process login identifiers, the content of suggestions and comments you post, and basic log information used to improve service quality.
로그인
- 네이버 로그인: 네이버 회원 고유 식별값, 별명, 이메일을 받습니다. 이메일은 계정 설정에서 본인에게만 보여 줍니다.
- 구글 로그인: 구글 계정 고유 식별값만 받습니다. 이름, 이메일, 프로필 사진은 받지 않습니다.
- 계정 설정에서 네이버와 구글을 한 계정에 연결할 수 있습니다. 연결할 때는 두 계정 모두 본인 인증을 거치며, 같은 이메일이라도 자동으로 합치지 않습니다.
- 로그인 수단 연결을 해제하면 그 수단의 식별값을 바로 삭제합니다.
How the English pages handle information
- 번역판 페이지에서는 로그인, 로그아웃, 로그인 상태 확인만 할 수 있습니다. 로그인 정보는 위 「로그인」 항목과 같이 처리합니다.
- The English pages do not include ad scripts.
- 서비스 개선을 위해 접속 분석 도구(PostHog, 미국)로 방문한 페이지, 브라우저 종류 등 이용 기록을 수집합니다. 로그인한 경우 니케허브 내부 회원 번호로 기록을 묶고 사이트 닉네임을 함께 보내며, 이메일은 보내지 않습니다.
- However, because of how network communication works, access logs such as your IP address may be recorded on the servers of our hosting provider (Vercel).
How we use information
- Identifying members and verifying permissions
- Handling content suggestions and error reports
- Checking service stability and improving quality
Retention and deletion
Information is kept for as long as required by applicable laws or our internal policies, and deleted without delay once the purpose of retention ends.
회원 탈퇴 시 처리
- 게임 계정 연동, 성장 기록, 내 덱, 레이드 편성은 바로 삭제하고, 모든 기기의 로그인을 끊습니다.
- 닉네임, 이메일, 프로필은 재가입 제한 기간(7일)이 지나면 삭제합니다.
- 부정 이용 방지와 신고 대응을 위해 로그인 수단 식별값과 탈퇴일을 60일 동안 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.
- 작성한 위키 편집 등 기여 기록은 「탈퇴한 사용자」로 남습니다.
Game account linking (optional)
The following information is processed only for users who have linked a Blablalink account on My Page of the Korean site.
- Information collected: Blablalink UID, game server, in-game nickname and Commander level, progression data for owned Nikkes (Limit Break, Core enhancement, level, skills, Bond, Collection Items, gear, etc.), and the verification code and records used to confirm ownership
- Purpose: confirming ownership of the game account, displaying owned Nikkes and providing service features based on that data
- How it is collected: based on the UID you enter, NikkeHub's servers look up the data through Blablalink's (Level Infinite) public information lookup. We do not receive your Blablalink password or login information.
- Progress history: each time data is refreshed, changed Nikke progression values (level, Limit Break, Core, skills, Bond, Collection Item stage, CP) and account progress (Commander, Synchro Device and Outpost levels, Campaign and Tribe Tower progress, etc.) are saved by date.
- Automatic refresh: by default, linked accounts are refreshed automatically about once a day when you visit the site, and once every few days even if you do not. Refreshing stops if you have not visited for more than 30 days, and you can turn it off on My Page.
- Retention and deletion: when you unlink the account or delete your membership, the link information, owned Nikke data and progress history are deleted immediately.
