Mechanics and counters

  • Front leg slam

    Pattern
Slams down its large front legs for heavy damage to the whole squad. This is its most dangerous attack.
    Counter
Destroying the large front legs before it triggers prevents it. Clear the legs first when the battle starts.
  • Wind code barrier

    Pattern
Turns its body to raise a barrier and three interruption circles. While the barrier is up, only Wind code deals damage.
    Counter
You must break all three circles with Wind Nikkes. Failing usually means a wipe, so always bring at least one Wind Nikke.
  • Tidal wave interruption

    Pattern
Seven circles of random size and order appear across the screen. Each one you miss downs a Nikke.
    Counter
Break them in turn with fast-firing Nikkes. Saving your Burst for this makes it easier.
  • Hind leg laser

    Pattern
A hind leg fires a laser at one Nikke.
    Counter
The damage is low enough to ignore, but at high stages it can one-shot Electric Nikkes.

Recommended Nikkes and teams

Tribe Tower teams

Each Tribe Tower only allows Nikkes from that manufacturer. The Pilgrim/Overspec tower also allows Overspec Nikkes.

Missilis

The standard Missilis core, with Liter, Tia and Naga on cooldown, shields and healing, and Ein and Quency: Escape Queen dealing damage.

No boss-specific source was found, so this is a team commonly used in this tower.

Based on 2026-10 sources

Tetra

The standard Tetra core: Anis: Star handles cooldown and Burst gauge, Prika and Mint buff, and Alice deals piercing damage.

No boss-specific source was found, so this is a team commonly used in this tower.

Based on 2026-09 sources

Good to know

  • Electric is at a disadvantage against Kraken, so it's better to leave Electric Nikkes out.
  • Pierce Nikkes can target the core even before the shell comes off.
