Anne: Miracle FairyLimited

A Wind Burst 2 Supporter who heavily buffs and heals Attackers with Blue Butterfly SlumberB.
She is rarely a core pick and is used in Arena when lines like Scarlet and Jackal need Attacker revives and buffs.

Fairy Dance1 heals all Supporter allies based on attack damage every 3 shots, and Fairy's Jest2 raises allies' healing received while her HP is 90% or higher. If the last bullet hits while her HP is 90% or higher, it lowers all enemies' healing received.

Blue Butterfly SlumberB heals and buffs ATK for all Attacker allies, and revives 1 incapacitated Attacker once per battle. Its cooldown is 60 seconds.

Land the last bullet to apply Fairy's Jest2's enemy healing reduction.
Stay at 90% HP or above, then focus damage into the Blue Butterfly SlumberB window.
Manual play is better for meeting the last-bullet and HP conditions.

She also pairs with Burst generators like Centi and Anis, but her core is Attacker revives and buffs. There are variants that replace Blanc.

For Charge Rocket Launcher fire rate and Burst Gauge, go Adjutant Cube, Quantum Cube, then Wingman Cube. If keeping 90% HP is hard, consider Vigor Cube or Tempering Cube.

Prioritize Charge Speed lines for Arena. Skip DPS lines like Elemental Advantage and ATK.

Raise Blue Butterfly SlumberB first, then Fairy's Jest2 and Fairy Dance1 in that order. Fairy Dance1 is low priority.

60-second Burst, healing limited to Attackers and Supporters. Used for Arena revives and ATK buffs; rarely a Raid or story core.

Blue Butterfly SlumberB gives a big ATK buff.
She heals all Attackers and has 1 revive per battle.
Fairy's Jest2 can lower enemies' healing received.

Her Burst is 60 seconds, and her healing and buffs mainly target Attackers.
Defenders get no direct healing.
She does not fit core Raid or story teams.

Like Rapunzel she has a revive, but Anne: Miracle Fairy revives only Attackers and adds an ATK buff.
