Soldier OW

A Fire Burst 1 support Submachine Gun Nikke whose role is a Max Ammo buff for Fire allies and cover DEF support.
She is rarely a main pick in story, boss, or Raid main slots, and is almost never used in Solo Raid lineups.
Owl FeatherB only has a big effect when there are several Fire allies, and as an R-rarity unit her contribution is limited for the investment.

Each normal attack has a low chance to deal extra damage. Using her skill briefly raises the cover DEF of the 3 allies with the highest ATK. Her Burst Skill raises Max Ammo for all Fire allies.

Using her Burst increases ammo for Fire allies.
Use Owl Wind2 while high-ATK allies are in cover.
Leaving her on auto by default is fine.

There is little evidence of her being paired in the same squad in the recent meta.

Use the Resilience Cube and Bastion Cube to ease Submachine Gun reload burden. If accuracy is lacking, pick the Assault Cube. If Harmony Cube levels differ a lot, use the higher-level cube before the ranking.

As an R support Nikke, her Overload priority is low. When investing, cover Max Ammo and Hit Rate as support.

She sees almost no meta use, so only minimal investment is recommended. When using her, Owl FeatherB is the goal, so prioritize the Burst.

A low-tier support Nikke. She is mostly for experimenting with Fire lineups, and belongs to the OW line alongside Soldier E.G. and Soldier F.A.

She greatly raises Max Ammo for Fire allies.
She raises the cover DEF of top-ATK allies to support survival.

Owl FeatherB only benefits Fire lineups.
Owl's Claw1 triggers by chance, so her firepower contribution is small.
As an R-rarity, low-performance unit, she has little value compared to current meta supporters.

A mass-produced OW model belonging to Replace.
