With her Favorite Item, she is an Electric Burst 1 supporter who builds Hacking Code, then uses Full Charge and her last bullet to give the squad Increased ATK and debuffs, and adds a damage-taken increase with her Burst.
Hitting Full Charge, last bullet, and Burst timing without misses requires a lot of manual control.
She ranks low for general story progress and main boss slots, and is only worth fielding when you need Electric ATK buffs and a damage-taken increase.

Hitting an enemy with a Full Charge briefly stacks Increased ATK through Hacking Code Collection, and hitting with the last bullet in that state applies Invasion's ATK and DEF reductions while all Electric allies keep a longer Increased ATK based on caster's ATK. On entering Full Burst Time, a large fixed Reload Speed increase lets her cycle last bullets quickly. Her Burst Skill deals damage and a DEF reduction to multiple enemies with the highest DEF, and if Hacking Code Collection is at max stacks, adds extra damage and a damage-taken increase to the same enemies.

Fill a Full Charge and fire to apply Hacking Code Collection first.
The following last bullet triggers Invasion and the Electric ally Increased ATK condition, so aim so it does not miss.
After entering Full Burst Time, keep the last-bullet cycle going during the Reload Speed increase.
On auto alone, Full Charge and last-bullet timing often slip, so handle manual aim and Charge release yourself.

Manual input needed

Match Charge Speed and Charge Damage to the Full Charge condition, and use Reload Speed to cycle last bullets after entering Full Burst. If Harmony Cube levels differ a lot, use the higher-level cube before the theoretical ranking.

Four lines of Elemental Advantage damage and four lines of ATK are the baseline. Match four lines of Charge Speed to how often you apply Hacking Code Collection with Full Charge. Cover Hit Rate through gear and Overload.

Secret Code handles the squad Increased ATK through Full Charge and last bullet, so raise S2 first. Invasion covers the debuff and the fixed Full Burst Time Reload Speed, so raise S1 next. Her Burst holds the damage-taken increase and extra hit, so max it last.

With her Favorite Item, she only appears in lineups that need Electric Increased ATK and the damage-taken debuff. She is rarely placed for general story pushing or main boss slots.
